Broken Arrow Fire Department Offers Internships for ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp Students
As part of an innovative new program, the Broken Arrow Fire Department and ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp are launching a Fire and Emergency Medical Services internship for ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp students. The interns are taking part of the 20-week Broken Arrow Fire Academy, in order to learn the skills needed to perform the duties of a firefighter as well as earning essential certifications for employment.

Professor Istvan Feher, a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence, is teaching this semester at The University of Tulsa and ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp. TU and ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp joined to host the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence for the 2016-2017 academic year. Community partners include Tulsa Global Alliance and the Oklahoma Center for the Humanities at TU.
