CNC machining enables the shaping of metal parts with unparalleled accuracy and precision, meeting stringent design specifications including double-sided grinding materials down to .040” +/- .0003”.
Custom Laminations & Stack
Through precise cutting, stacking, and bonding processes, custom laminations and stacks are meticulously crafted to achieve desired properties and performance characteristics. We stock multiple thicknesses of .014 (29ga) and .0185 (27ga), .025 (24ga), – M6, M19, M22 C4/5 electrical steel and manufacture both laser-cut and progressive-tooled rotor laminations.
Water Jet Cutting
Utilizing high-pressure water jets, water jet cutting provides versatility in cutting a wide range of materials with precision and speed.
Metal to Plastic Conversion
