Vice President of Operations
Josh joined ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp in 2024, bringing more than a decade of experience in experience in components manufacturing. As Vice President of Operations, he oversees ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp’s Milford, CT, manufacturing operations, including production, quality, logistics, and maintenance. Ruiz previously held operations and leadership roles with MW Components’ RAF Electronic Hardware, Paragon Medical, and Connecticut Plastics divisions; NN Inc.; and APS Technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Albertus Magnus College University and is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
Senior Vice President
Bill joined ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp in 2024, with over 20 years of technical sales experience in manufacturing equipment and technology-enabled solutions. As Senior VP of Sales & Business Development, Bill will partner with customers to design single-source solutions that give them an advantage in today’s increasingly competitive markets. He previously held sales and senior leadership roles with Zund America, a leader in digital cutting systems; EFI/Optitex, virtual prototyping and CAD/CAM solutions; and Gerber Technology, software and manufacturing systems.

As VP of Engineering, Paul leads ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp’s engineering department, focusing on the development, design, and production of high-quality, innovative products that meet customer needs. He has helped drive operational excellence at ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp for over 30 years, optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient delivery of high precision products. His extensive background in engineering and manufacturing allows him to translate this expertise into innovative product designs, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to production to delivery.

Andrew joined talents with ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp through the acquisition of ERW LLC. in 2024 and will continue to guide the ERW business as Vice President / General Manager. With over a decade of experience across manufacturing functions, Andrew leads with expertise in lean practices, operations and P&L management. He previously held roles in supply chain management at Allurion Technologies as well as engineering and production management at Jabil. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Andrew is driven to provide highly engineered solutions for stronger OEM partnerships.

Salvatore joined ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp in 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience in public accounting and manufacturing industries. As Vice President of Supply Chain, he leverages his financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis to optimize efficiency and quality across purchasing, demand planning and distribution activities. Sal previously served as Financial Controller of ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp Group, National Director of Financial Accounting at Foundation Source and Senior Accountant at Carter, Hayes + Associates, P.C. He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Connecticut.
Director of Quality
Named Director of Quality in 2024, Dazel leverages over 20 years of experience in Automotive, Aerospace and Commercial products. He brings a track record of elevating business performance through improvements to manufacturing processes and quality management systems. Dazel served as Quality Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp from 2006-2011. He also held the roles of Senior Quality Engineer at Parker Hannifin and Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Ripley Tools, Sumitomo and Kaman. Most recently, he served as Director of Quality for AGC and GarKenyon Aerospace and Defense. Dazel is passionate about quality within organizations and elevating customers’ confidence.

Steven joined ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp in 2024, following senior executive roles at Momentum Manufacturing Group and Gerber Technology. His extensive experience across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Strategic Planning is coupled with a customer-centric leadership style and proven expertise in driving growth and value. Overseeing extensive M&A activity in the industrial sector, Steven has integrated business units and facilities into high-performance organizations.
VP General Manager
Joining the company in 2019 to lead the corporate engineering team, John was named VP General Manager in 2023. He brings an impressive track record of leading advanced manufacturing projects and working with engineering teams to pioneer process improvements for faster product introductions. A lean manufacturing advocate, John’s goal is to provide customers with a business advantage from world-class processes and technologies.

John joined ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp as Chief Financial Officer in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience as a senior finance executive at fast-growing international organizations including ICP Group and Sherwin-Williams. Partnering across functions to support full strategic plans, John is an operationally driven leader with a history of building organizational teams to deliver financial results. He specializes in acquisition integration, business expansion and value creation.
