The ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp African American Student Association invites ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp faculty, staff and students from all campuses to march in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade on Monday, Jan. 21. Participants are asked to wear ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp blue or solid black outer wear.
Although the parade begins at 11 a.m., ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp participants need to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp Metro Campus. Since several streets will be blocked and traffic will be heavy, participants should park their cars in the northeast parking lot across from the Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity on the ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp Metro Campus. They will be transported to the parade's starting point at the intersection of John Hope Franklin and Cincinnati. After the parade, they will be transported back to the ÀÙË¿ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp Metro Campus.
